Terms and Conditions for Purchase of Generators/Tents through the Islamic Association of North Texas (IANT) for Earthquake Relief Efforts

By using this purchase form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older and capable of forming legally binding contracts may purchase generators through this form.

Purpose: The purpose of this purchase form is to facilitate the purchase of electrical generators for earthquake victims in need of electricity. By purchasing through this form, you agree that the generators will be used for the stated purpose.

Pricing: The price of the generator is as stated on the form. IANT has partnered with generator and tent manufacturers to purchase the generators and tents at a discounted rate, and that discounted rate is passed on to the purchaser. The price of the generator does not include any taxes, duties, or processing fees.

Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the form. Payment may be made by credit card or other electronic means. IANT is a tax-exempt nonprofit organization, and as such, your purchase may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Refund Policy: If IANT is no longer able to procure the discounted generators or tents, IANT will provide a full refund of the purchase price to the purchaser. In the event that the generator or tent is defective, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable for use, IANT will use its best efforts to remedy the situation but cannot guarantee that a replacement or repair will be possible.

Shipping and Delivery: IANT will coordinate the purchase and delivery of the generators and tents to the earthquake victims in need. You acknowledge that delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or transportation issues. IANT will use its best efforts to ensure that the generators are delivered as soon as reasonably possible.

No Refunds or Returns: Except as provided above, all sales are final, and no refunds or returns will be accepted.

Disclaimer of Warranties: IANT makes no representations or warranties with respect to the generators or tents, including without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability: IANT shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the purchase form or the generators, including without limitation, lost profits or lost data.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or the purchase of generators through the form shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
